Keiro is built on the principle that your health data belongs to you. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. What Data We Collect

• Waitlist signup: Your email address, timestamp, and source (landing page).
• App usage (future): Check-in text and voice transcriptions, connected wearable data (only if you choose to connect), and basic account information.
• Technical data: We do not use cookies or tracking technologies. No analytics are collected on the landing page.

3. Why We Collect It

Your email is used solely to notify you about Keiro's launch and updates. App data (future) is used exclusively to generate your personal insights and stories. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Legal Basis

Waitlist: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit your email. App usage: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to deliver the service you signed up for.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the EU (region eur3, Europe). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

6. Who Has Access

Google (Firebase): As our infrastructure provider, Google processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR. No other third parties have access to your data. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to advertisers, insurance companies, or any other parties.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Delete your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

8. Cookies & Tracking

Keiro does not use cookies. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or any form of behavioral tracking on our website. No cookie banner is needed because no cookies are set.

9. Data Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until the service launches or until you request deletion. App data (future) is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Keiro evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. The current version is always available at this URL.

11. Supervisory Authority
